Description
This course will focus on the Lean Start-up Method that has come to dominate the high-tech and start-up worlds. The Lean Start-up Method favors experimentation, customer feedback, and iterative design over traditional business approaches that rely on big design and planning up front. Students will learn how to use a combination of business-hypothesis-driven experimentation, feedback, and iterative product releases to speed up product development cycles, understand capital market and risk, and develop strategies for product launches. This course is open only to students enrolled in the Master’s in Translational Medicine (MTM) program.
